    Hi,
I am soliciting favorite quotes for a 2015 Narnian Quote Calendar collaboration project. If you have a chance, please post some of your favorite quotes from any of the Chronicles of Narnia to that thread. Thanks!
Sure. I told someone on Facebook, who was excited for the movie, that I wasn't sure I could trust his opinion about the film since he didn't have the same opinion. I wouldn't mind hearing more of your thoughts if you think there's any good news.

    1. Well, PC I wasn't too happy about when it came out, but I have to say my first really sick feeling was the first time watching VDT. Then, as I've watched PC again and again, I don't really like it either. Especially the Susan/Caspian crap.

    2. Most sickening moment. Um...everything after about minute 10 of VDT (after they get on board the ship and Caspian calls Edmund "high King"). Although, I have to say, they cast the perfect Eustace and I loved his and Reep's scenes together. And the goodbye scene was well done; if you excuse how they changed it from the book and the fact that they completely desecrated Aslan's character in the film.

    3. Probably the last judgment. If I was a betting person. ;)
I haven't either. If you read my post in the announcement thread, I've determined not to support this film in any way, shape or form. In some ways, I think it's good that the interest in making TSC into a film hasn't been lost. I mean, it's been at least 4 years since Dawn Treader finished production (maybe closer to 5), and so film franchises hardly last beyond that..unless you're George Lucas and you release your movies every 3 years. I never thought I could say this about a Narnia film, but the news of TSC getting made makes me angry and downright upset (this probably has something to do with the fact that the book ties with Horse and His Boy for my favorite out of the series). I can't say I'll follow the news of the movie. The last one was far too disappointing for me to have any interest in this one.

I gotta say, when I saw Dawn Treader, I felt like somebody had punched me in the gut after the credits started to roll. I've never felt so let down in all my life!
LOL! No worries! Hope 30 is going well for you -- I found 31 to be an excellent year myself. Happy new year!
