new discussion! Who should play white er green whitch.

Got to be bveautiful and majestic and slightly manipulating plus evil

Yup - though she's never exactly named. She refers to herself as "The Lady of the Green Kirtle", the enchanted Prince Rilian refers to her as the Queen of Underland, and Puddleglum just calls her The Witch. Narnia fans conventionally refer to her as The Green Witch or the Emerald Witch.
 
Im trying to think who would be the ideal actress for the Green Lady in the silver chair. I can't seem to think of anyone.

How about Tilda Swinton again? she was great as the White Witch!!! ;)
 
I agree, but apparently the BBC did that, and one result was a lot of people getting confused as to the identities, and thinking the Emerald Witch was some kind of Jadis redivivus. Heck, the production of Chair is best part of a decade away - let's give it a little time.

Anyways before you all come after me with pitchforks.. :D ...i just think TILDA SWINTON WOULD TOTALLY ROCK IN THE ROLE just accent her makeup and change her hair....maybe...i dont know..nicole kidman..if any of you saw the interpreter she was really good in that....or maybe.....erm...uh....
 
LoL, yah Angelina may not be such a good idea, plus the Whitch is supposed to be blonde. What about Julia Styles?

Well, I think Tilda Swinton should, she did such a great job as Jadis, teh white witch, I would think that she could play the Emerald Witch (aka the Green Witch, its actually the Emerald Witch). I hope they come out with more movies!!! The first was so great, I cant wait til Caspian comes out!!
 
Tilda is a great actress, but people remember her as the White Witch, so I personally think it is not a good idea to let her play the Green Witch too. No, I think Kate Winslett will fit the part. She is a great actress.
