Because of the number of designs submitted, there was just a 1st Place given for each of the three categories. ...And the winners are:
Category 1, actual costumes:Defender of the Wilds by Sir Thomas the Dragon Knight
Category 2, costume designs (artwork):the Blue Dress by Miss Reepicheep
Category 3, animal costumes:Dog with Rhindon by Miss Reepicheep
