Alright, it's a little late, but here we go:

WELCOME TO THE NEW WRITING CONTEST!

The topic for this contest is...

Well, there is no topic. It's a General Fan Fiction and/or Stories contest!!!

Literally, you can write about whatever you want, in any genre, as long as it's forum-friendly (You all know the drill).

There is also no length limit for this contest. ;) I know that was a concern for a few of our excellent writers in the last competition.

The deadline to turn in your stories is October 9th! Same process applies as the last tournament. To enter your story, you can do one of two things:
A) PM me the title and link so I can put it in the entry list.
or
B) Post the link and title in this thread so I can add it to the entry list.

I prefer A, just because it's easier for me to add them AND it eliminates the possibility that I would miss any entries (I am human, after all :rolleyes:) I announce each entry I get with a post on here.

So get writing! If you have any questions, post it or PM me!

If we are allowed any story I will definitely enter, though my story will almost definitely not be updated again until after the 26th :rolleyes: ;)
 
^Yeah, does it have to be a new, finished, story? or can it be an old and finished, or old and still being written story? I have one that I'd like to enter, but it's just a matter of deciding which one.

Yes. Although, if that is not enough time for a majority, then I will extend it another week or so.

Id prefer it to be finished, mainly because if it isn't finished, then it's hard to compare to those that are finished. You haven't developed it fully, so it's at a disadvantage. (Translation: Make it a finished story.)
 
Frodosgurl has submitted her story It's Too Late To Apologize, and Sopespian has entered his story You Can't Win Them All, aswell. They can both be found in the entry list on the first post.


Lossendil: For this contest, I'm going to say stories only; however, the next contest is scheduled to be a poetry contest, so you can definately enter your poem(s) in that one.:)
