Professor Victor Hill of Williams College will offer an adult education program on the work of C.S. Lewis at St. John’s Church, 59 Summer St., beginning March 4 at 7 p.m. and continuing through Lent on Thursday evenings.

The reading and discussion will focus on “Mere Christianity,” which originated as a series of radio lectures by Lewis in the early 1940s. All are welcome. Those interested are asked to notify the parish office as soon as possible of their intent to participate so that provide sufficient copies of the book can be provided.

Although Hill is primarily a mathematician and musician, he has been teaching classes on Lewis at Williams for several years. This will be his fourth Lewis program for the parish. Advance registration: the church office, 664-9656.
