This was won by a woman who entered the grand prize sweepstakes on Disney’s website. It was shipped to her by Disney. The wardrobe is over 500 lbs. This exquisite wardrobe has been created by Disney craftsmen with a luxurious cherry/mahogany finish and vintage hardware. With meticulous attention to detail, its nine carved panels and four carved lion’s heads faithfully capture the beauty and design of the wardrobe seen in the film. Approximate size: 6’ 8” wide x 7’ 5” high x 2’ 8 ¾” deep. Disney has put in an approximate retail value of $16,000. You can see this by going to www.narniasweepstakes.com .
Unfortunately, she does not have the room to accommodate this exquisite wardrobe and has graciously decided to have it auctioned off “with no reserve” on Saturday, March 17th at 1:00pm.
