According to Nestor Angeles’ Resume on his website, where Nestor is a senior animator, Nihilistic Software is in Pre-Production on the video game adaptation of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
His resume says the following:
Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (Pre-Production – Unreleased)
– R&D animation tech (Motion Graphics, Point of Interest, Blending Tech, Interactive Cinematics)
– Helped design the combat (Worked closely with Combat Designer)
– Worked closely with gameplay programmers to implement new animation tech
So if you, like me, were curious about the fate of the next Narnia video game, we’ve got the answer. Buena Vista Games was the developer of the second game, and Traveller’s Tales the first.
There’s nothing on the Nihilistic website to verify it, but I’ve sent them an e-mail to see what I can find out.
