Anna Popplewell (Susan Pevensie) is in Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn

I was just wondering what Anna Popplewell, who played Susan Pevensie in Walden Media’s Chronicles of Narnia films, has been up to since graduating from university.  What I found was rather surprising.  She’s already filmed a few other roles since Narnia, but I didn’t expect this one.  Earlier today I learned that there was going to be a live-action web series that will serve as a prequel to the video game Halo 4, which is releasing this fall.  I didn’t think much of it, because I’m not the biggestHalo fan in the world.  I’ve only played a couple of the games, and am just not very good at that style of video game.

But then I found out that Anna Popplewell is playing a role in the series.  Anna plays a cadet by the name of Chyler Silva.  She shot the series over 5 weeks this past spring in Vancouver, Canada.

The series is set against the backdrop of a United Nations Space Command (UNSC) military academy where a group of highborn cadets are training to be the next generation of soldiers in the UNSC’s ongoing war with insurrectionists in the outer colonial planets.

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, is a web series, which will be released online in 5 parts, each being around 15 minutes in length, the first premiereing October 5, 2012 up until the release of the video game in November 2012.  We’ve managed to acquire a number of photos of Anna from the series, in various costumes.  We also have the full trailer as well as a behind the scenes video here, for those that are interested.
