The Chronicles of Narnia: a tribute to the epic saga | 75th year anniversary

On October 16th 1950, C.S. Lewis published The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe which would later become a series of 7 books widely known as one of the best-selling novels of all time, The Chronicles of Narnia. The story follows the 4 Pevensie children being sent to a safe house during World War 2 in which the youngest of the 4 will discover a land beyond the wardrobe. There they will embark a journey that would not just change their lives forever but will also define the fate of the magical world.

As we celebrate 75 years of Narnia since the publication of the first book, relive the magic and wonder of the beloved fantasy world featuring the films from Disney, Fox and Walden Media: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. This also marks as an early tribute for the 20th anniversary of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe since its release in movie theaters way back in December 9th 2005. The clips in this video are also in upscaled format so it shows more visuals than the theatrical release.

Netflix is currently working on The Magician’s Nephew as a soft reboot to the series which was also slightly featured in this video alongside Logo’s Theater’s adaptations to some of the books (their theater adaptations are all masterpiece and are a must see). This is for you all Narnians! Happy Narnia day and let’s continue to let the magic of Narnia and C.S. Lewis’ novels live on forever.

Come further up and come further in! Happy Narnia Day!
