  • Brendan will be part of a scheme which honors the memory of American military heroes when the dictatorship is trying to erase that memory.
    One thing I believe I left out is that in my future, Mexico has become both prosperous and well-governed, because they persuaded all their worst elements to settle in the Southwest area taken away from the United States. As a sort of compensation to the north, Mexican authorities actively assist Texas against military raids out of the former American Southwest.
    I've come up with what I think is a cool thing for Brendan to do when he revisits America. It won't be for awhile yet.
    There are already two plot-summary posts right on the Alipang thread, Post Number 824 and Post Number 845.
    By the way, I'm going to give him five children, all conceived before the population crackdown.
    What would you think of Brendan and his family returning to America by way of his getting a job with the Nigerian embassy?
    I have long known of Mr. Rosenburg's work, and I certainly have nothing against it, but I simply do not have time to read even half of all the books I would like to read. After all, no one else is offering to WRITE MY BOOKS for me. Speaking of which, I do plan to show Brendan at least one more time in the Alipang sequel.
    In the second half of post 673, in a paragraph which has five lines, I indicate that Jennifer is married to Brendan, has born an unspecified number of children to him, and has moved with him to Nigeria.
