Denied. Reconsider the facts of the case we have thus far seen. Elindil offers him a duel. He accepts. They engage, he teleports behind her and stabs her in the back. He agreed to engage in the duel. Let us focus on the surroundings of the duel, and not on feelings for one's death.

My lord, he lost his hand in a duel. One does not engage in a duel without realizing that some form of injury may come as the result of it. I order that we move on.

We must know if he intended to kill her, or if it was "Heat of the moment." You forget that he had just lost his hand to her.
Well, I did`nt lose a hand, but i did get a deep cut in my wrist.

Likewise,
Not knowing the No Stabbin in the Back rule,
Why shouldnt he use his abilities to have gain an advantage?

Thank you for clarifying. This was not clarified, and even Elindil seemed to think you had lost your hand, like here:

Oh goodie! Lets get down to bissness!!! If you don't kill him, you could chop his remaining hand off, and brand his forehead, and have him whipped!!! :D

I ask the noble lords to consider the facts. When one engages in a duel, an injury will come as the result of it. However, a point of this trial remains clear: the respondent teleported and sprung from behind, and the duel in question was breached as the result. Fairness was breached.

Good point. He did not KNOW he was in the wrong, but after he commited what turned out to be against the rules, he immediately repented and tried to help her.

There had been no definition of "fairness" made, Sir Magister.

Unless we turn you into a starfish... Sorry, I was not aware. So which wrist was injured?

Elf Of The Grey Havens said:
Pardon me, I meant in terms of hand/no hand. WAs the hook arm injured, or the complete one?
Well, i just siad my right hand is a hook, so it would be assumed that my left one, the complete one as you say, would be the wounded one.
