This Friday is the birthday of our beloved Hobbits. my brother figured out how old they're going to be but I forgot, I'll post it later.

as we did last year (I wasn't on the forum then so you guys wouldn't know ;) ) my family and friends is having a birthday party for them!! do you guys have any suggestions?

also, do you think we should have a virtual birthday party on here? feel free to bring your suggestions
 
just in LotR. they share the same birthday. and I forgot to check how old they are. I'll get it. eventually
 
Yay, happy birthday to them!!!! We should definitely have a forum party. I mean, these hobbits are the ring-bearers after all!!!

I go to GG's real life party, and it's awesome! We eat Lambas (sp?) bread, and play shoot the Orcs and other fun things like that. Last year I went as Chica Baggins, Bilbo's aunt, but I want to be a bit more related to GG, so this year I'm going as Daisy Gamgee, Sam's sister.
 
yup, another one of my "adopted" sisters. I was Rosie. just so I could be married to sam.

oh Liz, we're going shopping for the party today I think :D preparing for: THIS WEEKEND! and you know what's happening then :D :D

well, i definately think we should keep a party, i mean, they are main characters in LotR, so we should give them a great birthday:D but how? *tries to think of something*

We indeed should bake them a cake, and not one, many cakes, and lots of other food, i mean, they are hobbits, and need a lot of food. Also some firework would be cool:D

anywho, i am sooo excited about frodo and bilbo's birthdays!!!
mr. tumnus fan and i will prolly watch part of the movie and all of Lord of the Beans, the Veggie Tales version, and make Lembas bread, which ROCKS MY SOCKS!!!

Lord of the Beans is awesome. :D Especially if you're a book and movie fan. It's the best parody I've ever seen.

I agree we should have a party. I'm helping host the party GG and Fish are going to. Some year we will have Gandalf fireworks.... but not this time. Anyway, the party is awesome. We should have an online one as well. I'll probably be able to get on because we're having our party on Sunday, not Friday.

Aravis, do you want a Lembas recipe? I have one that makes nice, sweet flat cookie like bread. One small bite can fill the stomach of a grown man! (And six can make a hobbit want to skip second breakfast. ;) :D )

So now we are related in another way!!! Wow, you and I are everything but real-life blood! :D

Yay, more people are getting excited about the birthday party! This is going to be so much fun!!!!

Yeah, I've been wanting to see Lord of the Beans, too. I've heard it's completely awesome!

I'd love to have a recipe. There's one on theobfiles.com, but I never really looked at it.

oh they're really good. we added Honey once, that was awesome. I love those. I don't know how many I ate :D they're good for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between snacks

(I made Lieke's banner, but Fish gave me the idea and I thought of Lieke while I was making it)
