I've been making graphics lately, and since a few people mentioned that they wanted to see some of my work, here's my thread!
For those of you who are interested in techy details, I use GIMP and Picnik.

For my photography class last semester, one of the topics was computer enhancement. That week's assignment was to create a CD cover/album art, a greeting card, and two freelance edits. They are all my photography, unless otherwise specified.

The greeting card.

Ooh, yay, you made your thread! ^_^ My top favorite of the ones you've posted is definitely the "Price of Identity" CD cover. The sunset bursting through the eye is SO. GORGEOUS.

Those are lovely! They all are! And I love the quote in that second one.
I'm glad you made your own thread!:D

I'm soon to follow you, Cacia dearest! Hehe. But you already know how much I love your graphics, so I'd just be repeating myself.

With the Fatal Twist CD (ahem, thou plagiarist!), the coloring and light for the eye are extraordinary and excellently done. *flashes thumbs up*

I love them! :D I can't decide which one I like better, though... :p I am very fond of the swirly design on the second. ^.^ As for the first, my favorite aspect is how you emphasized some words in the text more than others by using a bigger font.

Thank you. ^.^ It's really fun to sculpt text like that. Painstaking, but fun and rewarding.

My friend said this yesterday, and I loved it so much I made a graphic.

I love the old books! And you take wonderful pictures.
And of course, I like the quotes. :D

I was wondering, would you be willing to share the photos of old books which you took? I would love to save them to use for some future project... :o

I love the banner. :D I love the girl's hair, and the texture stuff looks great. Of course, the quote is awesome too. ;)

I have a bunch of things in the works right now, but for now, here are two things from my 'book quotes' series. I took a bunch of photos of antique books and I'm adding some of my favorites bookish quotes. ^.^ (Click the thumbnail for the larger version.)

Tales of Miracles and Monsters.

The Weight of the World.

I really love the quote on the first one.

Those are fantastic! :D The "awful lot of running" one is my favorite, of course. :D The Lonely Mountain one is really creative- I like it!
