Introduction Thread II

umm..

Ok, I'm not new, but I haven't been on in ages, so I thought I'd better introduce myself. I hope to be here more often so I can network with some of my friends who are on here. It's so fun to talk about Narnia stuff and everything else!

hi, I'm gair, I'm English and I'm also a bit worried because I kind of side with philip Pullman in the Narnia/ religious zeal debacle and I now have some worries about joining the forum in case I get lynched :s. But I do think they are great books, and have made good films *drool* Ben Barnes *drool*
 
Well, welcome anyway gair! It's a forum where people can post their views. It is a Christian forum though, so understand that when you debate and discuss with others. Attacking members is not permitted by anyone, but attacking ideas will be permitted. If you have questions go ahead and ask. Don't forget to read the FAQ thread and the Ettiquette thread so you understand the forum better. Thanks!

By the way, we have several English people on the forum! Check out the Littler Britain thread in the International area.

Hello, everyone! My name is Africa (really and truly! It's a form of the word "Aifric" which means "pleasant" in Gaelic), and I'm new here. I joined TDL after my foster sister Katie (here known as Queensusanofnarnia) sugguested it, because I love CS Lewis' Narnia books.

Welcome! You'll be able to add and edit your signature after 10 posts in the forum. You'll be able to do this in the User CP (it's in the upper left hand corner) after your 10 posts. :D

To all the new ones: My name is Ashlee and I hope you all enjoy your time here at TDL. It is quite an amazing place and everyone here is very friendly. Don't be afraid to ask questions. :)
 
Hey I'm new and a little bit addicted to comic books. I came across this site because I am having a Narnia birthday party and was looking for ideas. Then I was hooked and joined TDL. :)
 
hello everybody

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
I'm Louisa and I'm from the UK.
I loved both The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and Prince Caspian(both of which I've seen more times than I care to mention in this post).
I have as a result of seeing those started reading the books. I really enjoyed The Magician's Nephew, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and am part way through The Horse and His Boy.
I also saw some of the old ones made for TV years ago. Personally, I prefer the new movies :)
