The problem might be that it's a PNG format, instead of a JPEG.

Some one needs to resize the kb. I cant it would be to small.

No, I think it's alright now. I changed it to a JPEG (it was a PNG), which cut the KB size almost in half without having to resize or lower the resolution.

No, the png or jpeg format has nothing to do with it. It has the right size as I do with all my banners, but you can only use a banner with the allowed size OR two banner which make together the allowed size

It helped alot with the Kb; it went from 222.4 Kb to 30.4. However the limit is 19.5 Kb, so I still can't get it into my sig.

Yes, resizing it does change the KB. If I have a file which is 100 kb and i is jpeg and let's say 200 by 200 and I resize the pic, the KB will go down too. Didn't you know that?
But if you want to use it in your siggy, you must make it very small to have the allowed size together with your other banner.
