I checked the members list (including banned members) and I don't think we have had a user with that name yet. However, we work hard to try to get rid of bots (as most are trying to spam)

Some programmers are able to build really neat things into the bots, including character analysis software. It is rare for this to work, but if it does that we know how to get rid of it.

Also, some bots can view the site as guests but never leave. Usually these are called spiders and are deployed by search engines (like Google or Yahoo) and although one or two of these bots are nice (because it allows users to search for narniafans) too many can bog down our system.
 
Ok, I have a real Q now...

At the bottom of the main page, it gives the total number of threads/posts in the forum. Does it count posts in The Land of Duffers, Tea with Mr. Tumnus, and the Cast and Crew Discussions forums?

Sorry, I meant anything that starts with X. That was the last name I saw recently.

I know for sure it does not count in Land of Duffers and cast and Crew. I do not think it counts in Tea with Tumnus, but do not quote me on that

Nevermind this post. Looks like I'm tardy to the party.

But I WOULD just like to say that the video game threads NOT spam topic. I've gotten to known some of the members here better because of it, since I'm a hardcore gamer myself.

Duffers is going to change a teensy bit in that sense. While spam threads are still allowed in Duffers, a lot of the Lamppost threads, Duffer threads, and Tea with Mr Tumnus threads were similar and overloading the forum. So we sent more introduction style threads to the Tumnus thread and any off Narnia topic thread that doesn't already have a place went to Duffers. I know it looks a little crazy right now but I promise when us mods are done, the forum will be a lot cleaner and smoother.

EDIT #2: As long as you're messing with forums, why not create a general fan clubs forum? Fan clubs for Edward Cullen, Garrett Hedlund, and maybe even NF members could go there. Then we could get them out of Dufferland!

As long as you're messing with forums, why not create a general fan clubs forum? Fan clubs for Edward Cullen, Garrett Hedlund, and maybe even NF members could go there. Then we could get them out of Dufferland!
