As long as you're messing with forums, why not create a general fan clubs forum? Fan clubs for Edward Cullen, Garrett Hedlund, and maybe even NF members could go there. Then we could get them out of Dufferland!

One reason we removed the Lamp Post was the lack of Narnia discussion on the forum. At the end of the day we are a Narnia forum, and although we enjoy going off topic, we want to encourage all members to explore and talk about the books and movies. In answer to your question, by creating a new area of the forum that does not concern Narnia, it is defeating the purpose of the forum. Therefore, I do not see the creation of this area any time soon.

However, do not worry about all non-Narnian discussion getting cut from the forum. We realize that all-Narnia discussion 24/7 does get dull. Therefore, we will be keeping forums that concern non-Narnia talk. However, be prepared for more merges of areas that have similar discussions. I am not saying that it will happen (I'm not an admin so I do not have this power) but just prepare if/when it happens.
 
Golden age? I remember a Golden Age, but then someone stuffed it in a jar of Cheez Whiz and ran off with it!

Wouldn't happen to know anything about that, would you, heh? HEH??? :glower:
 
Me? ME? How should I know! The only thing I stuffed in any jars of CW was... uh... *reaches into jar & pulls out dead frog* Oh, that was my little brother's... *pulls out hard-boiled egg* Well, look at that! Breakfast! *pulls out Ban Button* *shoves back* Yup, nothin' else in there...
 
Well, we had an "unstick" button back in the lounge until someone swiped it to put it in his signature. It was hard to miss - we disguised it as a bright red thing labeled "BAN". Try looking for that - it might work.

'Smatter of fact, I think whoever it was took the real Ban Button, (the disguised one), and un-disguised it to put it in his signature. I wouldn't know anything about that, though. :rolleyes:

That's true! Fortunately, my granddaughter has her gallant cousin Daniel always standing by to rescue her from danger.

(Not to mention her father, who's always detested that dog, and longed for an excuse to drop kick the thing over the swimming pool. All it'll take is one aggressive move on the dog's part, and he's bedroom slippers.)

You know, there is an easier way to type in the name PotW. Its called copy-paste. It increases productivity by 400%. Why do you think so many members are missing?
