He shivered, hugging himself and trying to warm up.

Chris sat by the fireplace. He turned and faced Carmen.
"Don't you ever miss it?" he asked.

"Umm...why? It isn't like we are going out or anything," he stated awkwardly, yet he knew he had an inkling of feeling towards Carmen.
