I think it was the eye candy 4000 filter or the xerox filter. I am not sure which one

Its great! Can you use that with plain old Paint or does it have to be Photoshop?

I think it is compatible with more than only photoshop. It should work with paint too.

I saw it! Thank you for singing my guestbook Yeah, some banners were very familiar I have another gallery where I have placed all my work at and now I am going to add more to the graphic site. And maybe I will add tutorials there as well.
