The Order of the Can III

I did not! I sent you a very coherent reply. :D Unless that's what you meant by ate... ;)
Impossible, Duffers don't sent coherent replies. Ah wait, since you're redefining words anyway, you probably meant 'crazy'. Now it makes sense! Or wait, it doesn't, or maybe it does, but 'sense' might mean something else, like 'crazy', but if 'crazy' means 'coherent', then... *walks off confused* *falls off cliff* At least cliff still means cliff...

*hunted glance over shoulder*
Lieke! How are you these days?
(She always seems to show up when I start discussing my possession of CW, so I thought maybe we should just pre-empt her.)
That is a mistake. I am always there, mhuahahaha! Usually i just don't think it's necessary to remind everyone of my presence. However, if people try and claim the CW, it's my duty to point out to them that they don't have it. Otherwise, they might start believing in their hallucination and they would need to be locked in the insane asylum. Which would be very bad, because they don't get any good treatment and the only one benefitting from it is the doct... wait... *disappears*

Blah blah blah. We may duel in slow motion, each instant separated from the next by months, but yea verily shall I WIN! (Because I've had the CW for ages.)

Speaking of words...and spelling...the opportunity left by this misspelling was too good to pass up. "Holly mass"? Really? *writhes in spelling agony*

I don't even know what Holly mass is supposed to be? What the...OH! I GET it! Oh dear oh dear oh dear. I have a few camels lost in the nearest dessert, too.

Does anyone else find this thread slightly amusing? To think that it was once an April Fool's joke...

True to the ancient duffer precept, I am far too lazy to actually read all of this, but how the heck was that a joke? It seems genuinely...genuine. *mild shudder*

Indeed, The Great and Blindingly Shiny Trash Can made His first but very Illustrious appearance in the original "Corrupt a Wish Game" thread. We follow the brave tradition of Holyboy, Smog, and BC on this thread.

As for the why of worshipping the Can, we do because He is Great and Blindingly Shiny. He is so far above an ordinary trash can that one cannot help but worship Him.

*starts laughing hysterically*

(Actually, I don't worship the Can; I merely honor it. A lot. But not when the Lossy-tree is around. At those times it's amusing to threaten to put things in it, and then be pelted with nuts.)

You DO realize how upside down your priorities are, don't you? Because...insulting the can in order to amuse yourself may not SEEM so big on the surface...but the implications stretch on and on and on and on and on...for ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever...

(I could continue, and perhaps I will, another time. The laziness of the moment hath overcome my ancient steel of will, I suppose.)

Hey! :p

And, LoL, I don't think that putting things inside the Can necessarily insults it. Usually I made threats about sacred relics, like CW. But the Tree believes that Can should revel in its emptiness (she would say shininess, but emptiness is what it amounts to).

The shininess as an Ancient Property, preserved by so many ancient sanctions and conventions I don't even know where to start... Don't you know why it was revered in the first place? And if you approach and defile the Can...well...that DOES endanger its most fundamental property...

I still think that putting sacred objects into a sacred relic does not diminish His shininess, which is always seen from the outside anyway....
