Want to know about Indonesia?

Do you speak a bit dutch my friend? It is terrible they didn't allow you to come :( I guess it has to do with the strict rules our former minister of intergration made. She was evil :mad: If you could study in Holland, I would have loved to meet you!
Yes, The blue diamonds was the name of two brothers who where born inn Depok and Batavia. They moved to Holland and they had success with songs in the 60's. And we have a lady here who is so funny :D Her name is Wieteke. She plays Aunt Lien. Her shows here on national tv were so hilarious!!!
One hit of the Blue Diamonds was Ramona. One of the brothers died a few years ago and his brother continued to do performances.
 
Arya, have you ever seen a live Komodo lizard? I've read someplace that they're supposed to be the most intelligent kind of reptile there is.

Aww....Vanessa...thanks :D Going abroad is one of my big dreams.
I can't speaking Dutch...even a little bit of it...shaaameee...but my granny is fluently in Dutch. Too bad, she passed away last year.
I just know that Indonesian made bands in other country besides their own!!

And so thank you for asking, sweetie...

!). We spoken BAHASA, but we also have traditional languages and those are differences in some place to another.

2). Food....ummm....the main food in here is rice.But for there also lots of traditional foods in here. Like in Arya's place, you could find "gudeg" (it made from a young jack fruit and cooked with some coconut milk and palm sugar).It soooo tasty and yummy :D

3). Indonesia has lots of tribes with different cultures.

4). I'm a Javanese and we have Mask dance and gamelan for our traditional music :)

What languages do you learn at school because I think you are axcellent in english ;)
And tell me about your traditions you are the most proud of. I know about the dancing they do because I saw it here at the Pasar malam and Indonesian people are so cool in it!!!!

:D Yayyy...thank you, Vanessa!I've learned English by joined some forums. Yeah...forums really teach me lots about vocabulary and grammar .We actually learn English at school since we were at Elementary school. But we should improved by ourself by following some courses.

Pasar Malam.....OMG! I missed it! Last time I danced when I was 7 years old....the Jaipong dance.

Vanessa...it's proud me so much to know some person who knew much about Indonesia (I wanna see your work place....It sounds cool :))

There is a lot to see here. It is a small country but we have a lot of traditions. Some might be a bit foolish but there is enough to see. If you ever go to Holland, you are welcome here ;)

1. I born in semarang, capital city of central java
2.chinese trad in indo or javanese?
3.I love my city, semarang! There'S a village named Bandungan. They've many fields, horses, resorts, carts, florists, markets, and farms! Oh, I loooovvvee it! :p

4. Indonesia is secured now, I think :) . So, don't afraid with terrorism in Indonesi. You can diving or surfing @ Kuta Beach (bali), Bunaken (sulawesi), and Lombok island.
