Biography: I was introduced to Narnia at age 8, and being able to "escape" to that magical land as a child enabled me to make it through many difficult times. Graduating from high school in 1957, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard and spent four years serving my country. My last duty station was back in my home state of Michigan, so I just stuck around and put down roots in my current town. I met my wife, raised my children, and enjoy my work as a computer consultant. I'm also a (hopefully) devout Catholic whose faith has been greatly helped by the works of C.S. Lewis.
Story with Narniafans.com: In the autumn of 2005 I knew the movie was imminent, so I did some web searching to find out what I could about it. I found NarniaFans.com, joined the forum, and the rest is history. I have the distinction of being one of the oldest members.
