Aslan’s Country has posted the second part of their interview series with Dawn Treader publicist Ernie Malik. In it, he provides some very interesting answers to some good questions.
Here’s a quick excerpt from that interview:
Cy: Shall Dawn Treader have a video game based off of it?
Ernie: That’s a studio marketing question I cannot answer.
Cy: There is still doubt about the December 10, 2010 release date for Dawn Treader, due to all the recent delays- and comebacks- the release date hasn’t been changed, has it?
Ernie: The film’s release date remains 12/10/10.
Cy: Is filming with the cast totally completed?
Ernie: Yes…Ben Barnes was the last key cast member working on Nov. 27.
Cy: There have been many, many rumors on whether Trumpkin and Dr. Cornelius shall appear in the Dawn Treader. Shall they?
Ernie: You’ll have to wait for the movie to see for yourself.

And that was very quickly followed up by the final installment of two questions:
Cy: Will William Moseley and Anna Popplewell have any role in Dawn Treader?
Ernie: Another rumor? They do not appear in the book.
Cy: Will all of the islands described in the Dawn Treader book be included in the movie?
Ernie: We consolidated seven islands into five.
But further inquiry into which islands were consolidated went unanswered. However, the loss of two islands is fine with me. That way, it won’t feel as rushed going from island to island and we can have more screentime with each of the included islands.
