For a man less famous than Frank Peretti, but no less dedicated to Jesus, do a web search for the name BILL RUDGE plus the words LIVING TRUTH. This should be enough to lead you to the website of a minister who has been a personal friend of mine for about 20 years. He is based in western Pennsylvania. He ventures closer to legalism than I would, but his intentions are good and his faith rock-solid.
Excuse me! I've seen where you posted that you like Josh McDowell's work. Let me recommend another good Christian writer: Frank Peretti. I heard him speak in person once, and he has a sharp, God-honoring wit. All his published writing I know of is fiction, but as a speaker he fights the same good fight as Mr. McDowell.
