I recently heard Mr. Benedict being interviewed on a radio program, in which he talked about ways for people to improve their own health.

Thank you very much for your messages guys and I'm very sorry I've been away, personal problems and I just needed to be alone.

The character in my avatar is Dirk Benedict who portrayed the original Starbuck in the original Battlestar Galactica series and also portrayed Faceman in the A-Team series.

At least you recall the older, more upbeat version of Battlestar Galactica, instead of the exercise in doom and gloom which I call Bumblestar Getlostica.
