Yes, no character can beat the Phantom in my opinion. His emotions run so deeply and both the movie and book cause me to cry everytime. Have you read the book too?

I agree. I am not a fan of Sarah or Micheal either. Gerard and Emmy are in my opinion the best for the roles. Who is you're favorite character? Mine is the Phantom and after that Madame Giry, then Christine.
