Really depends on the anime. There are also some that look like they're hand-drawn, but use CG. But yes, the majority do use hand-drawn art.

I really do love those things. They never run out of things to make them for. And they do different variations for the same character or person as well. If I got all of the ones I've wanted over the years, I could have a museum. lol
