How Something Or Other Should Have Ended

Thanks, Shasta. I'm a 66 year old youth minister and chaplain whose major publications are about youth development. I also owe a great debt in my spiritual journey to C. S. Lewis. Maybe we'll meet someday in that great somewhere.

What was the last Video game you played?

Welcome back CF. As for video games, I stopped playing most video games almost 20 years ago. I only indulge a few hidden object games and puzzle solvers from time to time. Mostly when I want to escape into fantasy worlds, I write.

All of "Harrod's Bend" is, as we say, "in the can." But so is all of "Swept Away" which has been greatly enhanced as an audio drama. This should last for well over two months of weekly Narnian entertainment. At the same time, I have the bones of a new story I am seriously considering writing...

He would see someone get burned down by a ray gun and explain it away that "that was one really bright flashlight" and that the victim was probably "light...

My "Harrod's Bend" story is coming to audio on NarniaFansCast to be released VERY SOON. Gotta say when I thought about revisiting Byron on Wells, as much as I loved writing it, I felt like I was in danger of writing about Snow White's grandchildren. Pulling up stakes and moving to Harrod's Bend...

    How That Should Have Ended

THE WIZARD OF OZ movie coyly had everything Dorothy experienced as merely a dream brought on by a hit on the head. I would have let her family and friends laugh at her silly dream until she got out of bed wearing the ruby slippers, then said, "Next time Elmyra Gulch lays a hand on Toto, I'll...
