Someone has posted on Wikipedia about a potential deal between Walden Media and Walt Disney Pictures.* It’s an uncited addition to the page, and my research into whomever it is that posted the data has turned up with nothing to verify the source. On January 14, Disney renegotiated with Walden Media to produce the movie after [...]

It would be nice for them to come back, but only if they learned their mistakes from PC. Otherwise, I say that whoever that Wikipedia guy was just a unreliable source like everyone says Wiki is.

Like kingcaspian said..I would love for Disney to be back on the project if they learned their lessons.
HOwever, I also heard this news, and it was soon followed by a follow-up story saying that the wikapedia page suddenly disappeared, so it's most likely not true.=/

I don't know. I would love for Disney to come back, but I don't want them getting the feeling that they can do whatever they want and then change their mind if they want to.

This is kind of like what happen with Pixar and Disney. Pixar was about to start making movies with new studios, before Disney basically caved. But I don't think Disney will come around this time.:)

I really like these films and Diseny better come back! No more "Disney doest deserve Narnia" Realize that if a film isnt made soon the movies won't get made. AND I WILL EXPLODE AND GET VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY AAAAANNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY IF THEY DONT MAKE THEM!!!!

Let Disney go. The waters between them and Walden are pretty poisoned now. Worrying about them will do no good for the movies.

I've made my peace that there likely won't be anymore Narnia movies in the near term. It's just a bad year for people economically, and we need to get through that before anyone is going to open up for what will be "new" investment.

But that doesn't take away the rest of the books, and it doesn't take away this community, and so I'd suggest channeling your anger into something positive. Maybe write some fanfiction, or participate in the podcast, or a variety of other things to keep this fandom alive in what might be some dark times.
