This one was made in Photoshop. Many of it is translatable.
Here's one : Manip (Sorry I'm not that good at them)
Tut :
1)Get your images into two seperate windows : I've chosen this and this.
2) Cut out the face that you want to put and paste it onto the other one (Anna on Emma Watson's image)
3) Resize the face and lower it's opacity so that you can still see the chin line of both of the image. Try to match both chin lines :
4) Erase the extra parts but leave a bit of Anna's hair :
5) Put the opacity to 100 again and you can now safely erase Anna's hair so that it Matches Emma's.
6) Press CTRL + T and play around with Anna's Head by pressing CTRL when dragging the box so that you can fit the head to Emma.
7) For the colour copy some of Emma's skin and paste it in a new window.
8) Go back to our manip and click on Anna's head layer. Now go to Image>Adjustments>Match Colour. Set the source to the skin image and play with the settings :
9) Duplicate the layer once and that's it!
And here's a cropped up image :
