where can you buy the complete set of the narnia bbc videos and also have they made them on dvds? i know you can on the internet, but i'd rather get them from a shop.
i watched the bbc ones when i was young, when they repeated them on bbc the second time (cos i was born in 86, so they must have shown them again in the early/mid 90s) i have great memories of them. although the movie does have great effects etc, the bbc ones will always be the ones that i have lovely memories of, i think also cos i was the right age to watch them - when you still believe in magic. i'm 20 now and would love to watch them again!!
can anyone help?? :)

Hi Holly nice to see you here! AN good shop selling DVD's etc should have them..there's a box set with DVD extras, should be able to get that in most places, HMV had the old style videos, with the original drawn covers (I think they were original..they were videos afterall!)

If you're in the UK then HMV or Virgin would be the best bet..but the internet is a little cheaper....ebay!

thank you
i almost bought some on ebay then some told me they were fake so i didn't, that's why i'd rather get them from a shop...
i think i'll have to go to a big one of those shops as the little ones i've been to haven't had them... i'll keep looking!!! fingers crossed...

The BBC box set of Narnia is fairly easy to find. Just about any store that carries DVD's are selling them now. They usually run about $25-40 for the whole set.

Finding the animated version was a bit more tricky. The biggest movie chains (Best Buy and Circuit City) didn't carry it, I wound up finding a copy at a movie store called Hastings Entertainment. Also try checking large Christian retail chains (Family Christian Stores for example) they might carry it. Also you could try book and movie stores such as Borders and Barnes and Noble.

Hope this helps! :)
