Hey, I am a real big fan and I have seen the movie 3 times so far, and I am in love with the song that plays when you first see the title, on the train. What's it called, and who sings it? I love it and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Also, does anyone know the same info about the song in the 9 minute trailer? (the song towards the end)

thanks <3 ;)

The song is called "Evacuating London" and you can get it on the official soundtrack. Most stores carry it.(There's an "inspired by" soundtrack and an official soundtrack so make sure you get the right one. Vocals in that song are by Lisbeth Scott. Unfortuanltly I cant find the lyrics...I wish I could though...Hope that helps :D MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Are you sure? The song is called "Evacuating London" but it is a score, with no vocals. Lisbeth Scott sings the song "Where" which is also on the soundtrack, but it does not appear in the movie.

There are vocals in "Evacuating London" indeed.

Well, I've listened to the previews on amazon, but it seems like 'Evacuating London' is a completely different song than the high pitched one when the train is traveling through the countryside. I'll check it out though :)

Yeah my parents accidentaly got me the 'music inspired by' because they thought it was the soundtrack, but I'm keeping it anyway and they're getting me the soundtrack as well! :-D

I just hope I'm telling you the right song because I don't care about the song where they first board the train, I just want the song where theres a woman singing and its really high pitched and theres a climactic part of the song when 'The Chronicles of Narnia, etc' comes up.

~~~
still no one knows about the song in the 9 minute trailer?
((thanks))
song
Yes, it is "Evacuating London" , you have to fast forward to about half way through the song to hear it!!! When I heard that part in the beginning of the movie, I knew I had to have the soundtrack. It is so beautiful and haunting.
heh yeah, I bought the soundtrack today and I found that out for myself. Who else thinks that The Battle is the BEST SONG EVER!? Well I do.
I was wondering if any of you could fing video interview where William Moseley talks. I've already seen the IGN one, but Im wondering if there are any more
(today I bought the calendar and the video game, plus my mother ordered the special edition soundtrack WHICH HAS A DVD omigawd, im soooo excited. On my IPOD ((which i just got)) the narnia soundtrack is going to get SO overplayed :p)
What Is The Song For The 9 Minutes Trailer?
What is the song at the ending of the 9 minute trailer? I heard it millions of time and tried to find it but to no avail. it simplys bugs me!!!! so can someone kindly tell me what the song is? :confused:
Heh, when you see that someone replied, you'll probably be like 'whoot I'll know the title of the song now!' but its just me, saying that yes I am wondering what that song is as well.
As for the video game, I've only done 2 levels, and the third levels annoying. i know its probably really easy (erm finding lucy) but yeah... So when you have to hide, do you smash all the boxes up untill the boxes that have Peters and Susans faces above them?
(I have listened to only the Narnia soundtrack on my Ipod so far, I love it :p )
EDIT:
cute_hamster...did you just reply to yourself XP
I just got the soundtrack this afternoon and I just love Evacuating London. The first time I saw the movie, my friends and I were a little late and we walked in right when Evacuating London was playing when they show the scenery while the kids are on the train. I about died. It was so beautiful. My sister and I agree that it is haunting like something is coming and the kids don't know yet, but it will change them. I had my doubts about the movie but when I heard the music I was like, this can't be half bad!
No I'm pretty sure its not the song at the end of the battle. And I'm not talking about the regular trailer, I'm talking about the 9 minute trailer, or the 'super-trailer'.
Yeah when i first heard what I now know is called 'Evacuating London' I freaked and spazzed. I fell in love with the girls singing and was like moved every time that she sang the climactic part of the song.
(i've seen the movie 4 times, and its still just as good each time ^_^ [although I didnt see it with a fun person the 2nd time, he kept telling me to calm the -bleep- down whenever i saw william moseley and started rocking] XD, yeah its excelent)
The Super Trailer Song
i don't think it is THE BATTLE. it sounded a little bit like ONLY THE BEGINNING OF THE ADVENTURE but it is sounds weird.... so can someone please enlighten us? :(
*sigh* Yes, this soundtrack is beautiful. It is simply beautiful. Evacuating London is one of my favorite tracks. I absolutely LOVE when the modern beat comes in (when the trains passes and you see the train tracks) and then she starts to sing. Wow. It's so awesome.
cute_hamster, what are you wanting to know? I'm not sure....
