I think it looks like Tilda..but I don't understand what they have done to her hair.But...it's a GORGEOUS pic.

why would they put tan on her? it's not like the white witch was tanned she was meant to be ice white, like paper with a red mouth, i think if i'd done this movie i might have made her very white with dramatic eyes, because eyes are the window to the soul and the witches soul is evil.
but im going off topic, yeah i like the costume but the hair is wacked out
