Will the actors do the rounds again when the director's cut comes out?

What normally happens when a directors cut DVD comes out?
 
I'm not sure, but maybe they have already done the rounds. And, just to clear it up for myself and others, what do you mean by the actors making the rounds?

i was going to ask that too!
 
Probably press confrences and appearances and things. But I don't think they will. it doesn't normally happen with Extended Editions/Directors Cuts.
