amdd, MissReep is right. To have a bunch of random request threads also tends to add bulk to the forum.
If banner makers took the time to look in all these request threads, they'd have no need for their own graphics threads. There's a reason they make them. Uh, and the last few request threads made like this didn't get any makers' responses, FYI.
