Doctor Cornelius has been cast!

I haven't heard of him either, but then again I've never heard of Ben Barnes who is playing Prince Caspian.
 
Just to keep the echo going, I think he looks perfect for the part. I can already picture how his voice will work, and I'm pretty excited about this movie! I just want to know what Reepicheep will look like! Just tell me that!

He looks great! Though..in the book, The Doctor's skin is desrcibed as old, and wrinkly and kinda brownish.

but im not gonna complain at all.

I bet Miraz will be casted soon...;) maybe even tomorrow..ha
 
lol don't forget thats a picture that they would send to casting directors, they will do tons and tons of make-up and other effects on the people in these roles.

Remember, too that a great actor doesn't necessarily have to be someone with a 'track record'. It's great to see that people are finally being cast for key roles.

I know! I can't believe they are just now casting people ... I feel they should have done that months ago and be far into production. I feel they should be bringing this movie out in December rather than a year from May!!! It's too long between movies. :(

But if Ben is really 25...then he's too old! I'm sorry...he could be a good actor, but I've always imagined Caspian as a teenager. Even if Ben looks young...it just wouldn't work for me. I'm a stickler for accuracy :( :( And are you sure he's been cast...b/c nothing new is on imdb at all...
 
I looked on narniafans...PRUNAPRISMIA HAS RED HAIR!!!!! (oh, dear, I hope this doesn't turn out to be the biggest disappointment since Eragon...OH PLEASE, that CANNOT HAPPEN!!!!!) And, I'm sorry, Ben is just too old! HOW is he going to portray a kid?! Caspian is a KID in PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always thought he was twelve...the way it's written in the book, he sounds pretty young. Like...YOUNG! Okay!!!!!! And Caspian as a kid is my fave character. He's so sweet and innocent...like a KID!!!! I really hope this doesn't ruin the character...:mad: :(

Although...I do like the choices for Trumpkin and Cornelius. The guy who plays Trumpkin...I know definitely that he'd be perfect. He used to be on that show Threshold, which was amazing, but CBS took it OFF the air...another FINE disappointment! (sarcasm intended)

I am SO MAD right now! GAAH! *sits and waits HOPEFULLY for The Silver Chair--they'd better not ruin that one, b/c that's my favorite BOOK of the series!!*

Alambil...seeing as Pruniprismia is NOT a chief charatcer..it doesnt really matter if her hair is dark for the movie................and they can maybe highlight red in her hair...the movie shant be ruined JUST because Queen P's hair is dark and not red for the movie....
