Double post glitch/issue

So ive come back to post my thoughts on some stuff and all was going well untill i hit the "post button..

see once i did it posted what i wanted then came up with a new post box with my post in it and a message above saying "you must wait 30 seconds before posting

just thought i would bring it to your attention.

is anyone else having this issue?

i am using firefox 4.01 with addblock and flashblock add-ons (not causing issues as far as i know)

Sometimes that happens if you double click without noticing it. It helps by preventing members to accidentally post the same thing twice. Try to click only once and wait.
