does anybody remember the series fairy tale theater that ran on HBO back in the 80's or 90's and it had alot of movie stars in it i just rented it from the libiary this afternoon does anybody remember watching it???
 
I never saw it growing up, but I have checked out several collections of Fairy Tale Theater from the library before to watch with my children, and we found it entertaining. My favorite fairy tale TV series however was Tales of Poindexter (although Fractured Fairy Tales from Rocky and Bullwinkle is classic).

man this was a blast what a cool series

you're right benisse faiarie tale theatere is a cool series so far i've watched beauty & the beast & the little mermaid, the snow queen, the tale of the frog prince, i'm also right at the moment watching a fairy tale from japan called the nightinggale, and i found out it didn't run on HBO but showtime in the 80's
 
For those who are old enough to remember the actress Pam Dawber, I recall her as having played the role of The Little Mermaid in the Shelly Duvall adaptation.

conclusion good series

i would to conclude this topic by saying that faraie tale theatre is a very good series i do recomend it on DVD from the libiary or looking for it on Ebay
