If you've read my series, here's a little ending note;

FAMILY, HOME, AND TRUE LOVE

“Calm down V.” Ryan murmured in his new wife’s ear. “She’s not THAT late.”
Vanessa laughed nervously, playing with the lace on the wedding gown she hadn’t changed out of, “I know, I know. But Rachel’s never been late to a thing in her life. I worry.”
“Yes, but Paul’s been late to hundreds of things in his life, and he’s probably the one driving.”
“That I can believe.” She replied. Still, nothing made her more nervous than having a missing guest. And for that guest to be her sister and best friend, it was scary.
“What can you believe?” Amy asked, poking her head into the conversation, like Rachel she had left to change out of her bridesmaids dress before the reception. Amy was back already, though, along with Keith, and most of the other guests. Rachel and her husband, Paul, had not shown yet.
Vanessa answered her question with one of her own, “Have you heard from Rachel? I’m beginning to-“ She was cut off blushing as Ryan gently kissed her cheek.
“Calm down.” He repeated, then turned to his friend, “Have you, though?
Amy beamed but shook her head, “Nessa, did she even give you a time she said she’d be here.
She paused, then blushed lightly, “No…”
“Then stop worrying,” Ryan cut in again. “What could happen? Wait, don’t answer that. I think I’d rather not hear what theories you may have.”
Vanessa broke out laughing, and laid her head on his shoulder. He could always make her laugh.
Amy said a final “Don’t worry” and disappeared again. As she often did when she and Ryan got even slightly affectionate.
“Are you really sure Amy is okay with us, really?” She asked uncomfortably, still resting her head on him.
He looked a little confused, “V, love, she’s fine with it, trust me.”
“Rachel just said something about her, well, liking you… in the past.”
“In the past,” He laughed, kissing her again, “I’m aware, she told me once that she liked me back in, like, Junior High, V. I don’t think we need to worry about that now. Besides, you know who she loves now.” A wink.
Ryan was always such a comfort to her, she loved him so much. It was incredible to think he was her husband now, they were actually married and set to spend the rest of their lives together. This was the happiest day in her entire life.
All that was missing was Rachel.

“Nessa, don’t worry.” Amy tried to sooth the nervous woman. “Rachel wouldn’t miss even a moment of your reception if it weren’t for something important.”
She was late enough to things already, without excuses, to learn not to get worried or upset when others were. But that was her, and this was Vanessa. There were obvious differences there.
At least Ryan was there. He could cheer her up any day. Amy smiled at the laughing couple and decided Vanessa was in good hands.
“I mean, at least Rachel was at the wedding,” Amy muttered to herself, moving to sit down in the reception hall “So, it’s not that big of a deal.”
“Talking to our selves?” Someone asked, she turned around to face Damian, smiling at her, not looking very teasing at all.
She grinned back at the teenage boy, not teenage for much longer really. “Possibly.”
He laughed a deep laugh, “Don’t worry, I think everyone does.”
She laughed as well, “Probably.” A pause, “Why aren’t you with Lauren?” It was meant as an innocent question, the two teens were inseparable.
“She’s talking to Keith right now. I always kinda feel in the way when they do that.” He added quickly, “Not that I’m upset, I love that she gets to talk to her brother more often. They both look so happy, and that’s good.”
Amy glanced over to where the brother and sister were chatting. Without the age difference they could have passed for twins; same dirty blonde hair, ocean colored eyes, and a smile that made them look years younger.
While not on purpose she found herself looking more at Keith. A soft smile forming on her face without thinking. She loved watching the mischievous look in his eyes and the grin on his face as he teased his sister. He was just so attractive sometimes. All the time really.
Trying to snap out of staring she turned her eyes back to Damian. Only to see he had about the same expression, looking at his girlfriend. It was obvious how much he loved her, just in that expression.
What a hilarious web of family and love everyone here made, Amy thought, with a laugh. She liked it though, and was happy that she could be a part of it.
Looking back up she saw Lauren had disengaged herself to talk to Damian. And Keith was beaming at her. She grinned back and he motioned her over. Blushing, that way she went.

Damian was staring at her. She could see it from the corner of her eye. He was talking to Keith’s fian- girlfriend, she had to remind herself, he hadn’t proposed to her yet.
The staring wasn’t too uncomfortable, no. All it really did was make Lauren want to go and talk to him again. She couldn’t speak to him for the entire wedding. Part because it was rude, and part because she was crying. Of course, they had been happy tears.
Lauren wanted Vanessa to be the happiest ever, as it was Vanessa who had made HER the happiest ever. Really if it hadn’t been for the woman, she would be miserable in the U.S. still, with no memory of her brother. Or Damian.
If possible, she’d grown to love her best friend even more, now that she got to see him nearly everyday. The way it should have been. She was happy to note that he felt the same way, which she knew even if he didn’t tell her. Just by how he looked at her.
Keith’s laugh interrupted her thoughts, “You want to go talk to him.” Her brother had a way of stating things rather than asking them. And he was always right.
“Is that okay?”
More laughter, “Sure. I need to talk to Amy anyways.” He turned to smile at her from where she was next to Damian. Lauren’s smile grew, happy her brother had found someone as well.
With a laugh and a skip she moved to talk to her boyfriend.
“Hello Damian.” She beamed.
“Hello Lauren.” He replied, “Your eyes are red.”
She laughed, he always knew when she had been crying or upset. Of course, she hadn’t been upset this time, “Weddings.” She explained, “They make me cry. It’s a girl thing.”
He laughed, but before he could reply there was a loud squeal. Both turned to see Amy practically tackle Keith to the ground happily. He was laughing and she was too.
Damian turned back to Lauren, raising his eyebrows.
Lauren giggled, “It appears I’ll be in tears at another wedding in the next year.”
Looking back to her brother and fiancée and felt Damian take her hand. Who knew, she thought, she may be in that place someday.

Rachel blinked in surprise as the first thing she was walking into the reception hall was Amy basically throwing herself on Keith. She turned and raised her eyebrow at Paul, who raised one back. They both broke out laughing, and looked for someone to ask.
She’d barely got to scanning the entire room when she was nearly assaulted herself.
“REACHEL!!!” Vanessa exclaimed, hugging her friend close. Still clad in her beautiful hand sewed wedding gown.
“NESSA!!” Rachel squeaked back, giving her friend a squeeze. “What’s wrong? You sound surprised I’m here.”
She heard Ryan scoff behind her, and laughed. She guessed Vanessa must have been more worried than she thought.
“You were late!” Vanessa contradicted, “You’re NEVER late.”
Rachel’s laughter grew, “I know, I know. I have my reasons.” She replied, as vaguely as she could, “But first, can someone tell me why I just witnessed Keith getting tackled to the ground?”
She now heard Amy’s laugh and turned to face her. Keith’s arm around her waist and both their faces slightly pink.
Amy opened her mouth as if to explain but started giggling again. She tried again and failed. At last she held up her left hand, where there was a small engagement ring.
“EEEK!!” Rachel squeaked, hugging Amy. A second later Vanessa was hugging her too, and then Lauren too. All four girl’s in one like massive hug.
She heard Paul chuckle and say teasingly, “So are Lauren and Damian planning on tying the knot too, or are we actually going to be able to go a year without a wedding?”
Rachel laughed, pushing herself out of the hug to return to her husband, grinning. “Oh, quit sounding like it’s bothersome. You have fun.”
He grinned, “I do, you know I’m playing.” He kissed her softly and Vanessa coughed.
Rachel broke the kiss to blink at her friend, “What?”
“Not to interrupt, but I’d still like to know what kept you.” She replied.
Rachel blushed a bit, looking at Paul, “Can I say?”
“Be my guest.”
“Well, when I went home to change I- I decided to – ehm – to check something…. And…” She paused, taking a deep breath, “I’m pregnant.”
She’d barely choked out the word when it was her turn to get tackled by her friends.
“REALLY!?” Amy exclaimed, beaming from ear to ear.
“Paul’s going to be a dad?” Damian asked, trying to stifle laughter, Ryan laughed too. Lauren and Vanessa hit them, laughing.
She pulled back to look at everyone, “Yes, yes.”
“That’s fantastic! Oh Rachel!” Vanessa was still hugging her tight.
Rachel beamed, tears in her eyes, “You’ll be godmother, of course.”
“Oh Rachel!” She repeated, “Of course!”
Soon everyone was laughing and hugging and happy beyond words. With warm smiles, happiness, and congratulations. Home, Family and True love,

THE END

Maggie this is all your fault! I already had a head ache and crying is not helping! Stop making me cry!
This has got to be the best, most satisfying endings I've ever read. This series is by far the best thing I've ever read in the world. It is better then Eragon, it is better than Fruits Basket, and I'm sure it will be better than anything I read in the future. Maggie, I've told you how much your stories have touched me and how much I love them but I'm not sure I can ever truly explain how much I was always waiting for updates, how they cheered me up when I was sad and how they were the only thing I ever wanted to read. I sound like I'm exaggerating. I'm not. Maggie you are amazing and these story are so real to me. Maybe to real. I'm glad this epilogue made me cry. I couldn't have had it any other way because this series deserved an ending worthy of the best books in the world. It's so true, you are so amazing and these books? Reading them was oe of the best things that's happened to me in a long time.
Excuse me now. I'm going to go start at the beginning all over again. No joke. Bye. real men awaits.

That was lovely, love ;)

Thank you so much for posting these Maggie! I know they're fan fictions but I know how knowledgeable you are, I feel like I know the personalities of the Celtic Thunder members so much better now and I love your original characters :D I'll miss coming to look for new entries every day but I've loved it while it lasted. Love ya Maggie!

I'm not going to stop writing, sweet pea! They may not be the same sort of deal, some might not even be fanfics, but I hope they'll keep you reading too.

*giggles* Well, I am working on one now. I have an idea for another in my head, and I'm posting a sort-of fanfic already. (look at the thread "The Short Stories of Miss.SunFlower", from now on that's where all my writing resides)
