Don't you love him? Even when his not a character from the books, he fits perfectly in the world of Narnia. And played by Patrick Kake, is very good. I mean, is amazing the presence he has. I wouldn't like to fight against Oreius.

In the audiocomentary, in the dvd, Anna and Andrew said that in the scene when the kids meet Aslan, Patrick was the only one who was looking serious and sexy, or something like that. Hehe, I think they'r right.

Oreius is a very elegant and strong character. What do you think?
 
Oreius is very cool. His swordplay is very cool, his quotes are very true, and you can probably tell that I thought he is a great addition to the story of LWW for the movie based on my username. lol
 
Yeah, I like his name too. It sounds very similar to Orion to me, but I don't know where it comes from. I'll check when I have time.

And I like his fighting too. Well, Patrick has experience with this kind of scenes, remember he was in Hercules. :)

Oh, by the way, I downloaded some episodes of Cleopatra 2525 just becausae I was curious to see Patrick Kake acting in something else, and it turn to be very funny :D Is not the best series I've seen, but I'd like it. I've trying to find the seasons in Mexico, but I can't.
 
General Orieus

The Orieus character fits in so well, it's hard to think it's not in the book. Fortunately, most of the additions and changes that Andrew Adamson made to the story were of this nature.
 
Orieus was a great additional character to the film. Every king needs a general like he was - fearless, loyal, strong, brave, and a love for Narnia and its people. I would love to see a story just mainly about him as I have said before. Maybe with Peter fighting the giants or some other great adventure.
 
I actually do have an idea for a fanfic about the life of Oreius before, during, and after the Pevensie's reign. It all ties in to this other prequel I am writing to LWW. I might have to eventually post it, but it's still a huge work in progress.
