You can't create a group, and neither can mods.

The only person who can is Specter

I think most of the groups have been created; the only "official" ones are for the main cast of Narnia, like "Official William Moseley" and "Official Anna Popplewell" and so on. If you try to create like a official Arwenite thread, or club, like I did, the mods will more than likely iLock it because it's not really official. I'm not trying to put the mods or Specter in a bad light, but that's their job. I don't have a club that I would start.
