OK, so I work a retail job at a video store. Now, as it's summer, it means the hours are long and boring asno one is really coming in to buy anuytyhing 9 that and the economy is bad) so once product is out and out and organized there's not much to do but watch movies. One of the ones we are cycling through is High School Musical 2. I got bored so I came up with the cast and story for a parody version... HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL 23: The 50th renunion. ( c'mon, we all no the franchise will get milked as mucha sit can..)
Not perhaps this would be best in the fan fic section or in The wood between the worlds, but as this has nothing to realy do with the films themselves, and it's more random, it's here in the land of the duffers.
Plot: It's time for the 50th reunion for the gang from the pouplaur High School Musical Franchise. Find out what's happened in their lives since they last meet! Sharpay's had another nose job and a botox, and Rayn is still... Ryan. Thinsg are looking up for Troy this year as he and Gabby are reunited after beings eperated for ten years.
Cast: Jim Belushi as Troy ( aka Zac Ephron's character.) Troy used to ahve it all... then he blew his knee during his first NBA all star game in his fifth season playing... and just when he was getting ready to qualify for the olympic dream team. Since then his life has gone down hill. He has gone to eating potato chips on his couch while watching old film reals of his glory days. Gabby grew so sick of him thats he left him and took his children with her. Troy then formed a Blues band ( includes special cameos by Dan Akyroyd, John Goodman, Joe Morton and the Blues Brothers Show Band! )
Sharon Stone as Sharpay ( aka Ashley Tisdale's Character): She's had a nose job too many and her face sticks from botox. She was caught lip synching durring her Superbowl Half Time Show and her career took a nose dive. She now is doing apperances on game shows and VH1's Behind the Music.
Carl Weathers (Apollo Creed in Rocky) as Chad ( AKACorbin Belue cahracter.) He's had a good life, not only has he had a sucesful baskteball career but his rap gig is soaring! He long since left both to be boxer.
Elton John as Ryan- still way to close to his sister and following her around.
That's about all I came up with. Like I said this was the insanity I faced durring the lull at my retail job while watching High School Musical 2.
This is followed by High School Musical 24: Electric Boogaloo!!!!!
