how do you put pictures beside your name plz help

Go to 'Quick links' on top of your page and scroll down to 'Edit Avatar'. A screen will pop up and it will ask you to 'Enter the Avatar URL' or you can 'upload an avatar' from your desktop. Keep in mind the image has to be 80x80 pixels or less. Otherwise, it wont let you put it there.
