So I've finally gotten the whole "bum in the chair thing" figured out and have actually been writing on a Narnia story that has been in the works for quite sometime.

So I'm happy. The story is devolping quite well. I just hope others enjoy it.


Any volunteers for a beta?

Umm I'n not exactly sure but I think it means a Beta reader.
Somebody that reads the story and if posible correct any mistakes etc,

That's the definirion I know off that would make sense because the second one which is a Beta fish clearly does not...

if it is what he said, i can read things and check for grammar/punctuation mistakes, etc. If this is it, i would be glad to do that.
 
Being a writer myself, I am way too critical to beta read for people, but I wish more writers would ask about and for them. I was just over at one of the fan fiction places for Narnia fiction, and was agast with how little attention is placed on structual stuff and spelling. Do they teach paragraph structure in schools anymore, or am I really ancient???

Also is there a good place for fan fiction besides fanfiction.net?

BTW, another word for a beta reader is an editor.
