it's probably not far from the real set...considering they have to film somewhere in water....it's probably where the cast and crew are staying. Most film crews and the cast stay not very far from the set(s).

Yes those beach houses are too new of a design to be anything but a place where part of the cast and crew could be staying. It's a really beautiful location I will say that much for it.
