I hurriedly posted this short story I created for a fan fiction I plan to write on a thread above in LWW (If you could rule Narnia), and after posting I realized that I have some ideas here that I would not like to be lifted from my story and be taken by someone as his or her own. So, in order to put on record that this is MY STORY, I want to post it here also: If you quote anything from here, please give proper credit (I may be acting paranoid, but you just never know). Here it is:

I am known as Michael the Great, King of Narnia, Lord of Cair Paravel, and Emperor of the Lone Islands.

My name strikes fear, awe, and respect from the Calormenes and the lands further south where I am know as “The Barbarian King from the North”, even though I never go to war with them except in the defense of Narnia and in answer to all their provocations.
However, not all Calormenes want to be enemies of Narnia because many still remember that one of their own daughters, Aravis Tarkheena became a great Queen in Archenland and that through her line, Calormene noble blood has joined with Narnian blood in that great country.

The people from Telmar and the lands to the West seek alliances with Narnia.

The giants from Ettinsmoor have voted to join Narnia and Ettinsmoor will become a Province of Narnia just as soon as the majority of Narnians ratify the accord and we have proof from the giants that they will forever renounce the eating of any talking beasts.

The Giants from further north in Harfang destroyed the giant bridge because they feared the Narnian armies would attack and invade them. Obviously, they do not know that Narnia is really a peaceful land and we do not go to war without justification.

All the islands to the East that were discovered by King Caspian the Tenth (sometimes known as Caspian the Seafarer) have become part of the Narnian Crown. Swanwhite Naval Station is a permanent base located in Avra, one of the three islands of The Lone Islands, in the port of Bernstead.
The naval route to Ramandu’s Island, the one followed by King Caspian is known as “The Reepicheep Corridor” in honor the great Narnian hero.

Aslan has not been seen in Narnia for many years now but we know that He is always looking out for his Land, and that if we are ever in great danger he will send us the helpers from beyond the world’s end to save Narnia. Who knows, maybe the Lion Himself will come. We just never know. After all, he is not a tame Lion.

I really like your descriptive Narnia bio, I was thinking of throwing something up, but too afraid I'd blunder the wonderful world of Narnia...

still, never hurt to be curious :)

Just how long after the time of King Rilian is King Michael supposed to be living?

Well, it was late last night and I wrote "short story" which it really isn't yet. These are preliminary ideas and I haven't worked in the exact timeline. I do know that I have at least 200 years of wiggle room from the time of King Rilian to King Tirian. I was thinking somewhere in between those two, probably closer to Tirian than Rilian.

If closer in time to Tirian, perhaps you have in mind to show such massive triumph over evil in Michael's time as to suggest an explanation of why Tirian at the start of TLB _wasn't_ expecting trouble. Remember, though, that Narnia certainly was not continuously safe throughout Tirian's boyhood; Tirian's father died fighting an evil giant.

Yes, that could also explain how after the reign of King Michael, the giants start to stir trouble in the North (one reason why Tirian's father was fighting against giants) and the Calormenes begin to plot revenge against Narnia culminating in TLB.
