Okay, what kinda collectibles do you have of LOTR?
Mods, if you think this isn't the right place, move or merge this topic, but I couldn't find a LOTR collectibles topic yet.

I do have a lot of Action figures. If I must list them all, I need far more space :D

I am certain I have forgotten many. And now I saw they are going to release the large 12 inch figures. They have Sam and Frodo included!!!!!
I must have those :D
 
Soon two more action figures. Sideshow made 12 inch figures which look so real to the movie characters. They finally made a Frodo and Sam. I will get those two first and then I will collect the others as well.

i have a burger king arwin goblet that came in a frodo box (the goblet was a major let down after the box. this is to be expected from a second hand shop i suppose...
 
At UHC you mean? ViggosHT has not been on the internet at all for more than a year. She is a woman who is crazy about Aragorn. I sent her the Aragorn standee a couple of years ago. She is very nice but not always mentally table :( But most of the time she is a fun person.
 
yup yup yup. (except, i dont want them to colllect everything so that their is no longer anything for me to collect cuz its hard enough finding things as it is!)
 
There use to be a time when those things were easily to find. Maybe it will come back after some time? I remember a lady who collected all LOTR stuff and then she collected everything again because she wanted it to be sealed and out of the boxes. I will not go that far. There is the Kings of Midle Earth box but I already have all those kings in a single blister box so why should I buy the KoME box if it contains exactly the same figures? :confused:
 
lol. i talked to a local antique dealer about it once since you see lots of startreck/star wars stuff but never lotr stuff and she say that it is prolly cuz they are being stored to get more value and then will be put out a couple years from now or something...
 
It is a bit weird indeed. Because when RotJ was released back in 1983, there were a lot of Star Wars action figures available in the stores here. I remember me and my mom bought my bro a couple of figures and now there are still SW figures available but not LOTR. I do hope they will have LOTR in the future available at the stores so we won't have to check the internet that much anymore.
 
yah, i want my children to be brainwashed in the ways of lotr and then able to collect them as well lol
two days ago, at salvation army, i found that the Letters of JRR Tolkien that used to be at the library (which i had read) was for sail for $4 so of course i bought it:D
 
You would have been crazy if you didn't buy it :D I know there are also license plates available with LOTR names. We don't have it here in my country. It is impossible to do this but my license plates have the initials PJ LF Peter- Jackson - Legolas- Frodo :D
