Made up Places

hey did anyone else make up a mythical place like me.If so tell me the name, occupants,and if you fit into the story of the place and how.Later on you can tell more about the place.

Name:Isle of Mist

Occupants:Boggles,Valkyries,Dryads,Fauns,Elves(like in LotR),Pegasuses,Unicorns,Centaurs,Cockatrices,and last but certainly not least my favourite Dragons.

Me:My Island is found in the Pacific but since I am the gaurdian of all the animals and help the animals fight the cockatrices and boggles ...so I can go their instantly instead of crossing the ocean,and when I get their I instantly turn into a old but strong man.There I am known as THE HERMIT.

Name:Chastical


Inhabitants:Mostly differant tribes of elves.As for animals,Griffons,centuars,wild horses,and a wolf like creature called the Agala.

Yeah, this topic has been posted plenty so thats why its getting so little notice. But here i go...

Place: Elrond. (Oh yes i know, so original, but it was a long time ago so...)

Inhabitants: The Warriors of Light, an human race adapted to elfish types of living with an original magic; The Nomads of the North, a crude, warring, primtive type of creature that is a mix beetween Humans, Dwarves, and Elves; and thier king; the Dark Night of DoomsDorth, a human with the second-strongest magical powers.

Main charecteristics of this place are tha magical powers which can only be gotten by being branded with a Stone placed there at the beginning of Time. There are four portals in the world, usedonly by magic, two to go to earth and two to come from earth. There are also two symbolic animals, one the White Deer which summons humans from earth to Elrond, and one the Golden Hawk which works behind-the-scenes in Elronds bloody centuries.

Phew. hope i didnt miss anything.
 
Well right now I'm trying to come up with a world that is basically a mix of Narnia and Lord of the Rings. Here's what I have in my head so far:

Name: No name yet. It's gotta be original.

Inhabitants: Let's see, centaurs, gryphons, fauns, satyrs, talking animals, Wargs, dwarves, orcs/boggles/goblins, minotaurs, giants, werewolves, cyclops, eagles, falcons, hawks, unicorns, flying horses, and dragons. There's definitely more animals. I just haven't thought of them all yet. There is an evil....something who is the main nemesis. I haven't figured that part out yet. He will have servants/generals who are (or used to be) humans. They're kind of like the Ringwraiths, yet not fully so. I also have humans who are basically nomad horsemen (kind of like the Rohirrim, but also like the Dunedain). I haven't figured out who my Christ figure will be yet. I don't necessarily want an Aslan type character (e.g. A lion), but if that's what I have to do then I'll do it. I would like to put Him in human form though.
 
I made this up in the 3rd grade :rolleyes: I had a crayon, a pencil and a paper and was bored, it was a rainy day and I was stuck in the classroom. I was gonna rename it (it is a dorky name) and make it into a Sim story

Inhabitants: boggles, fairies, nymphs, ogres, mermaids, centarus, minotaurs, goblins, dwarfs, spell doing people, normal people, talking animals, regular animals, magic doing animals, witches (o_O), sometimes talking food and objects (lol o.o), dragons, pixies, moving plants, people with powers of elements, unicorns,

Cool thanks for posting.If anyone is confused about what you do first you list your made up place and stuff and then we can tell stories about them.

Alinthia

Occupants: Centuars, and children w/ wings (I forget their names :eek: )
King and Queen(centuars): Areeus and Aryus (uh-RI-us) They have a dauhter, too.

Where: In the clouds.
Bad guy: Umphian ( a black centuar with wings) He captures the Princess.
 
ah yes, my made up place is great. I may change the world name to Nevrast, instead of Nenlothé. I've got Elves, Dwarves, Hobogoblins, Wraiths, Yu'ocs...:D

people there: they are all animals that walk on thair hind legs and wear clothes.
