Is there anyone else here who is loves the medivel times and wants to talk about it?I know i do! :D
I love the dresses that they used to wear, like the photos of Arwen I've seen. And all the horse-riding and knights....dreamy...

I.Lady Isabella of Woshteshire, invite you to my castle for a dinner and light conversation.anyone care to join me? :)

I love the medievil times, i have a fantasy sword that is mounted on the wall. I would love to learn to ride a horse and lives in the those times. But it is not all about knights, etc, it was quite dirty, lots of diseases, and many other problems such as murders, political intrigue, famine and other such thins.

Most people see the glamour of the medievil times but not the dirty things.

The Middle Ages are awesome! :D They're probably my favourite time period-I'm pretty much more into the religious/cultural/historical aspects of it, though. I like to read about mediaeval folklore and my family's mediaeval history. :)

I can tell you from experience that being in the Middle Ages..well at least middle aged...is not all it's cracked up to be! :D

I love the medeival times. I love the knights the best out of Medeival times.
I will buy a realy sword one day to put on my wall i'd love to see a jousting match or even a sword fighting match. I like the medeival times very much.:)

Yes i enjoy the crusade trilogy they are arther good, if you really want to see what it was like from a charetars perspective in a book. The dresses are rather nice
But in my opinion i enjoy seeing chainmail and armor.

I heart the Medieval times!!!!

i love the Arthurian ages, to be more specific. i did a study on the Arthurian times, mainly religion, along with who's. it was a great age, and i love to talk about it.

I have also been fascinated wiht the Middle Ages. I think it is my favorite timein histpry to study although I know there were some things that happened that do not follow the typical thought about the time period. I read a book called "Adam of the Road" once and it is an excellent piece of historical fiction that is set in that time period. It was really great and left you wondering what was going to happen all the way until the very last pages. It is about a young boy whose father is a minstrel and he decided to quit school and join him, but they get separated from each other and a great adventure begins! It mentions a lot of the typical imagry and trappings of that time period. A very good read!

I'm into the Medieval Ages and the Renaissance....I've recently started going to the Renaissance Faire held in NC each October through November. The last dress I made to wear to it came from a pattern similar to Arwen's blood red dress....and I think I'm gonna go for either another style like that for the one coming up this year or something similar to Susan's green dress from Narnia...I haven't decided yet. But this year in English for me is gonna be fun, we're studying British Literature this year which I'm more interested in than American literature like last year...we're in the Medieval times right now actually...I don't know I just fell in love with that time period.

Oh yes,I love the medieval times! :D

I first watched Lord Of The Rings with my mom, then I started reading the fantasy books, and I loved the move King Arther so I took up archery practice every thursday!

A friend of mine from archery takes sword-fighting lessons so I'm probably going to try that too.
Oh and I love horses, and every fantasy movie has them so that's good! :D :)

I have seen a staged jousting fight...LIVE!!! It was so cool!! And acctually I do see the dirty part of Medivel times...it so stinks because people romanticize it to a ridicoulous extent and its like but it wasnt like that...but it is still my favorite time peirod...except the part where women didnt have lives...

Aslanfriend410. I love Adam of the Road its so awesome!! And the pictures at the begining of the one chapter, awesome! There is this one picture of Adam and his friend and the one boy looks just like a guy I know its so creepy!

BranwenTheHorseLover. King Arthur is not an accurate representation of Arthur and the Knights just so you know. Also something funny, the symbols that Kiera Knightly draws all over herself before the battle are symbols of fertility!:DCuz thats what I want to be right before I go into battle! Anyway...I am not jumping on you...just saying...

It's nice to know I am not the only one who enjoyed the book. That is amazing about the picture resembling someone you know.
