Moving-Avatar makers?

Can someone (like Swanwhite) who is VERY good at making moving avatars please put all these frames into a moving avatar for me? (i've made the frames i just need them together in a moving avatar)

Those frames are all too big. They should be 80x80 pixels, not 100x100.
